Rear view camera

Hey I was wondering if there is any modification for a 2007 acura TL w/navi to have the rear view camera "on" when the car is in forward motion.

I highly doubt it, but you might want to ask the folks on the 3rd gen TL side of the house as this is the 4th gen side.
