Poor volume with Iphone 10 in Gen 4 TL

Had Iphone 6 plus before with no issues, but Iphone 10 handsfree in TL is very low... Any ideas - thanks?

^ That's what I was going to say. The car is simply going to playback whatever signal it receives. Whether that be via Bluetooth or audio cable. If the volume is coming back low despite turning up the volume, it's most likely due to the device. Now if it's cutting out or not connecting, that could very well be the car. But low volume is almost certainly going to be the phone/ipod/etc. You could test with another device or player to confirm.

Also, if you are referring to the BT Voice volume, you can also turn up the volume with the radio volume knob while in hands-free mode. I have mine set to 18 with a iPhone 8+.
