Overlay X65?

My favorite XM radio channel, "Yacht Rock Radio" (oldies) was moved from channel 014 to channel 311. My radio only goes up to channel 249. Sirius told me that the dealer can upgrade the electronics inside my radio to accommodate hundreds of channels. They stated that the upgrade was called "Overlay X65". However, every Acura dealer I have called has given me the deer in the headlights. They recommended a local electronics repair shop and they also have no clue. Has anyone heard of this? I have already searched this forum.

Never heard of overlay X65
just did some reading on it I don’t think our radios will be able to get it and if there is a way it might cost too much and not worth it
our car has Bluetooth so you can just Bluetooth it and listen to it that way from Sirius app & I believe Yacht Rock Radio it’s even on
IHeartRadio app
