Anyone else notice that their navigation in their TL takes them a much longer distance than need be? I have a 2011 TL sh-awd w/tech. My navigation will say 25 minutes to destination, then when i take a turn I know for a fact is shorter, the nav will update to 15 minutes. Its basically useless. Anyone else have this problem or know a fix? I have the setting to max freeway ect.

 

KGB... I never pay attention to time in navi, since it cannot be accurate anyway traffic / accident etc... just estimate on your own

 

your misunderstanding. The gps is not taking me the shortest way. It is taking me some long round about way that is not necessary.

 

Did you change navi options mostly highway/streets etc ?

 

Yes, its is mostly highway. Its dumb that there are only two settings. What about the best combination of the two?? My gps will give me a much longer route taking the only way around to utilize the most highways... i guess that is the issue...
