Lighted arm bar/wiper bar

Guys I drive a 09 Acura Tl, I was just leaving work when I noticed the arm turn signal arm bar and windshield arm bar were not lighted. I am imagining that they did light up before? If anyone can check theirs I would appreciate it.

i dont think their lighted.. even if they are.. its very very very very dim
