I have a 2010 Base TL. There is a high pitched whine in my front left tweeter with or without the radio on and with or without the engine running. The whine is constant and does not flutuate with engine speed or radio volume. Also, with the ignition in the "On" position and the radio off, when I put my ear close to each speaker I can hear static, which indicates to me that the radio amp is always on with or without the radio on. Has anyone else experienced the hign pitched whine and/or hear static in their speakers without the radio on? Thanks.
