I got a new phone galaxy S8. I tried to pair and it said was successful but it wouldn't work. After trouble shooting I decided i would just delete and repair it. But when I go to try to delete my S8 or even my prior phone G6, it will not delete them. It will try and than says unable to delete. Any ideas how to fix this? Is there way to just reset it to factory settings and start over?
