help! cant take the bluetooth anymore

hey guys,

need some help here; have a '14 TL Tech package; since day 1, the bluetooth has been horrible; people say they cant hear me, i'm in a tunnel, etc;. also, i can barely hear the other caller; fades in and out; i've already had the dealer replace the microphone once; did not help; does ANYONE have the solution to this? I've searched the various forums and some people have mentioned replacing the whole module???

I would try another TL at dealer to see if it is the same. I have no issues on my 2009 TL.

Gotta have a issue with the mic somewhere. Sure I can tell the difference between a Toyota/Lexus and Acura Bluetooth call. However the call quality is as good as someone talking into a phone.
