Galaxy S3 -Bluetooth Pairing - 2012 TSX

I have successfully paired my S3 with the 2012 Acura TSX, but everytime i reboot the phone - the 2012 TSX doesn't recognize the phone and i need to repair the phone S3.

Please help!
