Foot Well Illumination

2013 TL. There doesn't seem to be any illumination in the foot well when opening the door or at night. What controls this?

I heart HeartTLs!

No name calling or bashing and no "why didn't you search" comment...

Just a link that answers exactly what the OP asked. Others should take notes.

Thank you for the link, however, I have no illumination at all.

I WILL NOT!

op, if it is not working, take it to dealer.. thats the only option you have at this point if you want to get it fixed for free.. otherwise you can buy another set of OEM footwell lighting units and replace them

Not sure if they are designed to come on just by opening the door. I'm pretty sure its only when you have the headlights turned on. Never noticed mine being on when I enter the car.

Yeah the lighting is pretty subtle. I didn't notice it right away.
