DRL running at 12v possible?

I just installed the LED DRL Kit from ijdmtoy.com, everything is fine but I wish it could be brighter since they are not getting the full +12v supply. I understand the factory DRL is running at reduced voltage only, so is there a way to run them at +12 constantly while using the "decoder/error free kit"?

after some research, I found these on v-leds.com. Anyone knows if these will work on 4G TL to provide full 12v power to the DRL?

*Not for use with our 13W 28 LED High Power bulb or standard bulbs unless you use a relay harness.
