Disable Audio While Scrolling

Is it possible to disable the audio while scrolling through the display?
I’d rather not hear the voice telling me song names and station call letters etc.

Turn the Interface Dial Feedback to off. Its not in the owners manual but is explained in the Nav manual. That bothered the hell out of me too.

When I disabled my Dial Feedback, I wasn't able to use the voice commands. Is this just poor design or is there another setting that independently controls them?
