You would need the NavTool for this. However, I’m familiar with the law in Alberta, and can tell you that you are asking for trouble. You might recall the guy caught a short while ago cruising down the highway watching Tosh2.0 on his laptop. Not only has he been charged, but he’s suffered tremendous stigma arising from the incident. And if I caught someone enjoying a flick while driving in my neighborhood, it would end badly.
Keep in mind, also, that putting the screen in play for your passengers won’t work as an excuse. You still get the ticket. For whatever reason, it’s only $172, but they could also charge you with other offences with more serious consequences.
Now, some respond with “but I only want to watch while the car is parked”. Okay. But isn’t that like those public washrooms with video screens above the urinal…if you’re there long enough to enjoy a video, you’re doing it wrong.

I swear to God, I've walked into the bathroom of a Chilis more than once to find some guy, junk in hand, reading an article from the newspaper posted above the urinal. I always feel like maybe I should ask if he still needs a moment.
I'm a fairly fast reader, but there are a number of things I can do in a much shorter time than it takes to read a newspaper article.

I pay attention to the road at all times it just takes a split second at high speeds to seriously injure or kill someone.
If your doing it when your just chilling in a parking lot cool.
But other then that I don't recommend doing it.

But I really wouldn't be bragging about the 22's. As you were told over in the regional forums, this ain't a Range Rover.
