Hi All- Have a 2010 Acura TL w/ tech & and iPhone 4 on Verizon. Do not have any problems connecting up, but while streaming music using Bluetooth Audio, the connection periodically breaks, sometimes for 10 sec, sometimes for as long as a minute. The screen goes from "BLUETOOTH AUDIO" to "NO CONNECT", and the Bluetooth logo vanishes; when the connection returns, both the logo & "BLUETOOTH AUDIO" return.

This is very annoying; sometimes the breaks happen about every 5 min; other times not for 20-30 min. Occasionally the connection is lost permanently and does not re-establish itself.

Have tried using the UBS connection to stream music, but I HATE the interface & would rather use the controls on my iPhone. Anyone else experience these disconnects? Anyone have a solution? Is there any way to stream music using the iPhone controls besides using Bluetooth Audio?

Sorry to hear that. I have an iPhone 4 with AT&T and I have no problems. It must be your phone or service. I often listen to Pandora while driving from Seattle to Portland and seldom have it drop. This drive is almost 3 hours. I also have no problems when using my wife's iPhone 3.

I cant believe that it could be b/c of my service since (as is my understanding) the Bluetooth link is directly between the car and my phone & doesn't use any cell phone network. Maybe the difference is in the car's computer (I see you have a 2011)?
