I have peculiar situation, I was using the Blackberry Tour 9630 on the bell network and had the phone "paired" & the address book "exported" into my 2009 TL AWD Tech Package. This worked great full visibility of my contact list on the TL as well when incoming calls came in FULL visibility of the contact name & number. On April 5th I switched over to a Blackberry Bold 9700 on the Bell network. I went through the same set up & "paired" the unit and exported the address book into my TL. I do have
full visibility of my contact list on the TL.....BUT when I receive incoming calls I no longer have visibility of the contact name ONLY the phone number with 1+ infront as a prefix. I have spoken with Bell Mobile & Blackberry tech support the 1+ is a result of the GSM Digital network with the Bold.
Has anyone encountered this problem, if so what is the fix? I need help!

I think your best bet is to modify your address book to add the 1+ on your PC and sync again to the BBB. Delete the imported phone book and import again.
