Auto display shut off?

I just purchased a 2011 tech and the dealer only had one fob. I went to acura and had them program a second. The one I received w the car, I have to cycle through to shut off the screen but the new one that hasn't had settings programmed automatically shuts off the screen when I start the car and do not acknowledge the okay button. Anyone know about this setting to have the screen auto off without cycling through the dimness?

I'm guessing that the first FOB has a wallpaper selected and the second does not. If you select NONE for wallpaper, the screen goes blank if you do not acknowledge the OK button. If your driver profile has wallpaper, then the screen will switch to it.

You can also turn off the screen by toggling the display/brightness adjust button on the lower left next to the push dial.
