Couple of months back installed this module that allows you to display Android Auto/Apple Carplay on the nav screen. Takes a bit to install but works flawlessly and uses the car's original controls. Looks way better than the $600 navtool too. I did have to fiddle with the color settings to get it to look more natural but overall very satisfied and I think a must for any 4G owner that has a Nav screen.

Go to Youtube Channel: Acura Audio Garage: They sell custom harness kit to replace ELS stereo for aftermarket head-units.
Just did mine last April-24. Will need to buy quite a few other things to make it all work like Double Din, Steering Wheel retention controller, On Ebay.. will need to buy display only screen from a base TL and a base TL air vent to fit below this display only screen etc.. little complicated but worth every penny for me. Check it out.. I'm so happy I did!
