Aftermarket Amp with ELS System

What's the best way to integrate an aftermarket amplifier with the factory Acura 5.1 ELS system (without navigation)? I'm currently using an Audio Control DQ-61 LOC/summer but it is generating a lot of white noise. I'm thinking of either feeding the high level output signals from the factory amp directly to my JL Audio XD800v2 amplifier (it accepts high level signals via RCA) or getting my input signals from the input of the factory amplifier. However, I'm not certain whether the signals will be strong enough. Anyone have experience in this area?

on the 3G TL no matter what LOC you used, the factory amp gave a lot of white noise and the only solution was to bypass the factory amp. A few members used line drivers to boost the signal from the factory HU to connect to their amp as the signal from the HU was so low that the amp didn't even recognize it.

Bypass the factory amp and have a line driver on hand (or measure the outputs with a multimeter)
