On my 2012 TL SH-AWD with Tech and Advanced package, how do I turn off the voice that announces the name of each CD or HDD track? The voice is annoying and mispronounces non-English words. Thanks.

 

Here's how to manage the interface dial feedback. (See page 96 in the owner's handbook.)
Press INFO. Press SET UP. Press INTERFACE DIAL FEEDBACK. Select ON, AUTO, or OFF.

I left it on AUTO and no longer does the Acura tell me the name of each audio track as I select it.

 

I figured it out but never found it in the manual until I saw this thread. To clarify, it's page 96 in the Navigation Manual. By the time I sell the car I may have gotten to more of the 900 or so pages in the three manuals (not counting the warranty and maintenance manuals).

 

I realize this is an old thread but HUGE THANKS to SLLAZ for the instructions! I just bought my TL this week and it was so annoying to hear the voice feedback just to change the song on my iPod or scroll through the menus.
