I've only had one issue in the last year. I was coming down out of the Carolina mountains into Tennessee, driving the twisties (at a good clip), and I knew I had the GPS antenna view blocked a few times by sheer rock on either side of the road and the switchbacks probably gave the inertial guidance module nausea. When things started to level out, my map position was all messed up. I stopped at an intersection in a little town and manually reset the position. No problem since then.
