Did any of you have your door panels removed to have the window tint applied? If so is your tint relatively perfect?

 

some shops will pull them to make the job easier on themselves others will not

 

i dont see why anyone would pull the door panels to do window tint....

 

Installers used to do that but most good ones don't need to anymore.

 

Some do it to ensure that they don't get the electronics wet and that they get the tint down all the way. If a shop does this, just be sure to check your panels before and after you go and to show the tinter that the panel has no damage beforehand.
