Whitening DRL's

Forgive me if this has been covered. Has anyone whitened the DLR's. Mine look yellow and I am curious to know if there is an update and how it was done.

You need to replace the halogen bulb with an LED bulb

For example: http://www.ebay.com/itm/331450537403?_trksid=p2060353

Thank you for your help, I'll give the Crest a try if I'm unable to find anything else.

This made me LOL I love trolling on the net too

Be advised that a cheap, simple LED swap will give you white DRLs, but you will lose high beam effectiveness, since they use the same bulb.

You should be alright if you go with those high-power LEDs from vleds, since they use step-up transformers to boost the output, similar to HID kits.

Baking soda I got baking soda!

My 3 y/o daughter said that out of the blue one day...made me realize I need to stop listening to hip hop with her in the car (even if it is the radio versions).

On another note, there's also the option of pulling your DRL fuse. No more yellow yet you still maintain OEM high beam effectiveness...AT NO COST!

That's exactly what I did. No more piss yellow DRLs and high beams are unaffected.

I like DRL's, but would like them whiter. No DRL is always an option.
