Where's the foam in the bumper?

Where's the foam in the bumper?
I was tinting my grille and removed the bumper and I realized when watching motor week that there wasn't any Styrofoam or absorber in the bumper. It was on my 2003 Honda accord, did Acura ever use absorbers or did they determine they were pointless?
