What would you do?

I am getting some accessories (e.g. body molding & door edge film) added to my new car. I'm also getting the trunk hooks. The service manager says this install will take the longest since no one in the shop has ever done one, but has been trained to do it. That statement made me a little nervous as I hate being a guinea pig. Would you just take the part and have them installed once they get a few under their belt, or is there little chance of screwing up the hook install? I am not sure what it takes.

Be sure they charge you by the book and not the acutal time when the install it, since if it's actual time, they may take longer and you'll fork up more $$$
