I'd say about 20K as well. As someone who has shopped these cars extensively, its a manual unicorn so expect to pay a 1000 or 2 more than for the same one in an automatic
However, the car is no longer under warranty so you can use that as a chip. Good looking car though, I like it in black, even with the 2010 beak. Actually, I kind of like the beak, aggressive looking.
Hmmm..Does the dealer offer any extended warranty??
I can't believe 23k for a 2010 with 51k miles. You have to keep in mind that all the factory warranty is gone except for the power train.
Granted it's a manual which is a rare find but it's still too high for 23k. I'll come in with 20k offer and let the dealer knows that this is 2015 already. No one is willing to take a risk paying over 20K for a used car with no warranty remain...
Don't be afraid of the low offer. If the dealer come back and said they can't do anything about the price, ask for extended warranty from the dealer and additional accessory such as remote start or free oil change and tire rotation for 3 years..
You never know what you can do until you try.... Worst case is they will say no... good luck and keep us update.
I would offer 20,500... It depends a lot on how long they have had this car on their lot. If it's been several weeks, you will have a much better chance.. Then again, you won't know until you sit down and talk numbers with them so they know you are serious about buying, but also serious enough to walk out if the number is too high or not within your budget. Emphasize that there's no factory warranty remaining and check to see if you can obtain any further service records for the vehicle. Check the exterior and interior extensively and point out any flaws as a bargaining tool. Have it checked out by an independent mechanic/dealer if possible. If you can't do that, then check the engine bay well for leaks, fluids, oil buildup/gunk, rust, noisy engine, etc. Operate all electronics inside for functionality. Test drive and check oil/fluid levels. If it's in excellent condition and you really like the car, I say 21-21.2k max. Good luck!

It looks like it was sold as Acura Certified on the Carfax back in 2010, if this is true the powertrain warranty will expire 09/2016 or 100k miles. The new car warranty is expired though.
As far as how much you should pay, I have to agree with ncxvtguy83, 21k-ish.

The Acura CPO warranty doesn't transfer over once it has been sold to a dealership. It only transfers if the car is sold private party. So in this case, the CPO warranty will not follow the car.

I did not know this. I may have a chance to sit down with them today and see what they are willing to do.
I do not know what crows feet problem is with paint, is it slight cracking?
There's a bunch of paint defects (swirls, etc) on the car so it's def. not extra clean. There is some wear on the drivers seat as well. I know it's a used car but these things work to your advantage. Also you look like your will need new rotors on the car (rotors look factory). Also check and make sure that you have a good amount of material left on the brake pads. I'd offer 21.5K OTD.
Does the balance of 7-year/100,000 power terrain warranty transfer over to the second owner if I was to sell my 2012 TL? I am the only owner of the car.

My understanding is yes. You can always verify with Acura customer care.
