What is this part?
What is this upgrade part? and where can i purchase it?

I've search front parking light, city lights, turn signals, and side markers..nothing comes up.

That's the turn signal setup for the AWD. I'm assuming you have the long lense that comes on the 09-11 FWD. Check the part for the AWD TL.
