Hand me down 2010 TL base with crystal black exterior. My armrest is in need of replacing and I’m trying to color match the replacement. Do I have a parchment or taupe interior color? Thanks.
Check the label on the B pillar when you open the driver's door. The label will tell you what your interior color code is, and that's what you'll need to match the part. Color names don't show up in Acura parts lists, only color codes.

What's weird is I also can't find a single chart/table that decodes all of the "interior codes" to color names... Not only that, but even the dealership parts listings don't show colors like "parchment" and "taupe".
Putting your VIN into that website lists only parts available for your trim (base auto), and that shows it was only available in 3 colors: "Grayge", "Premium Ivory", and "Premium Black". Your seats don't look black to me, and according to some other upholstery websites, "Greyge" is also called Taupe Grey, and also doesn't look like your seats. Through the power of deduction, I'd say your interior is "Premium Ivory" or "Parchment".
...here's to hoping someone just chimes in and says "yeah. that's Parchment."
also stumbled across this shop that sells some re-upholstered center console lids if that's what you're replacing. Much cheaper than brand new OEM parts from the dealership too. ACURA TL 1996–2014
Mine's just Type F black, so I've never run into this problem lol.
One of my required features of the new car that I eventually bought was that the interior NOT be black. I have the gray interior with gray Weathertech floor coverings. There is so much stuff that is black, from flashlights to gloves that actually seeing and grabbing them quickly off the floor or seat with minimal lighting is a pain. This is not a negative pun on the interior lighting, that's fine. It only occurs when there is minimal outside ambient lighting whether at nite or, for instance, in an unlit garage.

How does that help him figure out his interior color?

Color contrast.
One can more easily see a light-colored object on a black surface better than a black object on a black surface. For instance, a white rabbit can be more easily seen than a black cat at night. It is why night burglars wear black.
Ok to get back on topic, can anyone answer whether this is parchment or taupe interior? I'm leaning parchment but just wanted to see if someone else with parchment interior can verify. Thanks.
in another thread; a user complained about the lumbar bar being broken...he had his seat cover off and it revealed a sticker...while trying to research for him, I googled what the numbers mean on the sticker...
one of the numbers came back as a color code for the interior. if you get really daring, take the seat cover off to reveal the sticker!
YR386L = Umber Tan

You bring up a good point.
CyanideDN, if you were to pull off whatever part it is you wanted to replace (dunno if you meant the driver's side door armrest or the center console armrest), you may find a similar sticker under there too. Maybe even an actual part number.
My interior is similar to yours. Only difference is my floor carpet is black instead of beige. Also my seats are a very light tan and are ventilated but I keep them covered due to my type of work.
