A Well Deserved Apology (to SuperComputers)
I need to explain what I go through each time I order something from the internet.
There is an immediate skepticism that anything is what it claims to be. So, when I receive the item I immediately look for something that doesn’t seem right. If and when I find something wrong, an immediate feeling of “I knew it” washes over me. It’s almost like a relief of some sort.
With that being explained, there is nothing new when I ordered the race pedals from Supercomputers. When I opened the package and saw the silver “Sports” stickers where the custom engraved logos were supposed to be, that feeling occurred again. Initially, I tried to remove the stickers with my fingernails and they didn’t budge. Also, I saw the dead pedal was not engraved, which reinforced that “I knew it” feeling. I checked the pictures of the pedals on Acurazine “just to make sure I was right” about my belief that I was scammed. That's when I turned to Acurazine and used it as my template for informing other Acura owners.
During my act of informing, I was also in contact with Supercomputers. We had been going back and forth with emails about what I thought was an injustice. In the latest email from Supercomputers last night, it was then that my foot was inserted into my mouth and I felt like a huge dope! This is where everyone on Acurazine can call me what they want, it’s all deserved! Supercomputers informed me that the silver “Sports” stickers are there in place to cover the custom engraved logos. This time I used something other than my fingernails to remove the stickers and low and behold, there were the logos as indicated, except on the dead pedal.
My intention was not to blow up Supercomputers’ reputation but to keep other Acura owners informed of what I felt was an injustice. Well, it wasn’t an injustice and I was misinforming Acurazine members. With the exception of no engraved logo on the dead pedal, everything is as it was claimed to be.
Supercomputers, I am truly sorry that you were the latest victim of what is my bizarre type of overreacting. I normally have no resource to complain to/on like Acurazine when I order from the internet. Though there was no negativity written by me, there were jackass assumptions made by me which likely swayed individuals away from ordering these pedals. Again, I am truly sorry.

Road if I am not worried you shouldnt be. It happens to all of is. I have been here on Acurazine for a long time almost 10 years and my reputation speaks for itself. Just remember if unsure just reach out. I appreciate the apology. As for customer service I would never let a 100.00 part get in the way of a customer being happy. If for any reason you want to return them just send them back no problem.

RR, thanks for taking the time to write this public apology.
I always try my best to stay as cool as possible, especially under trying circumstances. Once I have my final result, I can then accurately inform others as to what happened with my situation.
You're a stand-up guy. Again-thanks for doing this.

Thanks for the public apology. It takes a big person to do that.
That said, next time instead of jumping to a conclusion and positing on the internet right away, maybe keep it to PMs between the seller and yourself until its sorted out

Heart We dont. We just do this for fun. We made parts for our own car that nobody had. Hence all the rest started. All we have is Illuminated door sills and Race pedals. Some of the best quality you can find. We are looking into doing door sills for the 4G just not sure the intrest is there we have some feeler threads out there. Thanks for the the intrest!

RR - You're a bigger man than most - I commend you for this apology thread.
We've all been there before - but not all of us would have the stones to come back later and admit they were wrong.
