Weathertech liners sliding

I don't know if this is a common issue, but my digital weathertech liners in my 2012 TL AWD seem to have a 2-3 inch sliding room in both the driver's and passenger's sides. I know that this can be cause due to no actual pin or attachment like in other cars that lock them in place, but thought that they would design them without any room for movement. Has anybody had this problem. The part number I have is 442311 from weathertech. Thanks for any input.

I have the liners (in my '12) for the front driver and passenger with no sliding whatsoever. It fits perfectly. Did you take the OEM mats out?

I have a guy at work who swears by these weather tech mats he puts them in every car he has had and I've never heard him complain about them moving at all.
