Overtime - I believe the original warranty last up to 50k but the power train warranty last up to 70k miles

Depends, if you bought CPO then it factory warranty extends to 5 years 62k miles. During the CPO purchase the dealer usually offers extended warranty for electronics and powertrain warranty upton 7 year 100k miles. if you got that or not. so there are few options on available warranty I am not sure which one did you sign up for.

I have a CPO car, does the CPO warranty gets transferred to the new buyer if I sell the car within the warranty

can someone pl answer my question above, if i sell the car within CPO warranty does it get transferred to the new buyer automatically ... if not do i get a refund check from acura on the prorated warranty amount

If I remember right the warranty stays with the car, not with the owner.
So the car should be under warranty.
