So I've had the v3 triton switchbacks on my 2012 tl since june of this year. Yesterday I noticed that one of the switchbacks was flickering (the white led), though the amber turn signal worked fine.

Taking out the lights and trial and error, I found it was the control box that went bad. VLED is sending me a replacement, but I'm curious if anyone had any issues? I heat shrunk the connectors and have resistors

 

it's electronics it'll happen. glad they're taking care of you as per under warranty.

 

Oh yea, they've been more than helpful, I was just curious if it was maybe something specific with our cars or placement of the control box. They said to just make sure it doesn't get extremely hot, but where I had it, I doubt it did, especially with air flow
