Lightbulb Trunk LEDs

Hey All,
Just replaced my 2012 TL's trunk lights. Thought I would share them with you all. Bought them off ebay and paid about 7 bucks (shipped) for a pair. I think these are 6000K. Pretty darn bright, if you ask me.

Cant upload the pictures directly because of the resolution limit so i uploaded them on photobucket instead. Took them from the same camera with same setting and almost from the same angle. Let me know what you all think....

Can you share what eBay seller you bought these from? Is the stock trunk lamp 31mm long?

Thanks for posting the pictures. The OEM lamp is almost useless IMO.

Actually, the stock one is 29mm (3022), but there is enough space inside to fit a 31mm (3175). I bought them from xbrightsidex. I just confirmed with the seller that these are 6000K.

Here is the link to the seller.

Absolutely agree... I dont really know why Acura didnt replace the trunk light with LED? Or at least put two lights to make it brighter... Oh well, good thing we can spend a few extra bucks and replace them our self.

I wanted to get the V-LEDs, the adjustable ones with 3 LED chips on them, but they were out of stock and were almost twice the price for one. So I went with these instead.
