Got a 2010 model acura tl base model

Just got it. In a full throttle accel. First to second change is a bit hard. Is this normal?

Also. I notice real slow. 1-15 mph I hear a slight very hard to hear whine sound. I'm at 70,000 miles

 

I'm a very car paranoid person. So maybe I make something out of nothing lol

 

An AT trans should shift hard on a WOT upshift, saves clutch wear. Don't know about your other issue.
