Is there a way to turn the screen off
just wondering? I know i can adjust the brightness but is there a way to just turn it off if i dont want to see it

Back From The dead
Set your wallpaper to none or blank (not sure which one). You will have a black screen if you don't hit the acknowledgement in the start up screen.
