Texas/Arkansas/Oklahoma/Louisiana buyers - what are you paying?

Do any of you guys know what the going rate is for a Tech/AWD down here? I see a few recent purchases on the West and East coasts for around $37k. Any ideas if similar prices can be had in the states I listed?

Check out www.truecar.com for your area. They have very accurate pricing on what cars cost and what people are paying. This will give you a broader picture in addition to the posts you receive here.

Cool site! According to the site, the dealer only made $120 off of me

Rocketsfan, Acuras should be comparable (if not cheaper) in our region compared to the coasts. I paid $31,150+ttl for a base model in Dallas in April. It's all about negotiations and sounding confident and not desperate to get in the car.

If you'd like to read about my purchase, go to https://acurazine.com/forums/showthr...0#post11943200

Thanks guys. Good to hear the car can be had for around $38k. I have a friend looking and I wasn't sure what it was going for nowadays. I told him there are incentives out there now if he's interested.

*EDIT* :

Hey ChaChaCharles, I read your post in the link you posted. I remember when I was looking for my 3G TL, David McDavid's salesman did a bait & switch on me. I drove from Irving to Plano after he said he had the model I wanted. When I got there, they didn't have it. I eventually found the car I wanted in Houston and bought it there. Although I live almost 15 miles closer to David McDavid, I told myself I'd never take my car there for service as long as I owned it. If I need to go to a dealership, I always go to Goodson Acura which is almost 15 miles further away.

I'm right in between David McDavid and Goodson and will be taking my car to Irving for servicing even though David McDavid does have a nicer waiting area. Those snakes don't deserve to rip me off.
