I'm positive I'm experiencing the propeller shaft issue and want to take my car back to my dealership (Park Ave) for repairs. However, I don't trust dealerships and fully expect the service department to try and avoid fixing the issue under warranty because I have aftermarket springs or adjustable suspension arms or even a jpipe and HFC...

Any advice on Park Ave or recommendation on another Acura dealership in NJ?

I never delt with Park Ave Acura...other than buying parts, I have the utmost respect for Bloomfield Acura. i haven't needed them in a few years though. I used to deal with Chris Park.
