do they fold down completely or 60/40 split. Only see a pass through and not sure whether the rear seats are foldable

 

Unfortunately they do not fold down.

 

Nothing but a tiny passthrough. I suppose it's the right size for a couple of ski poles or something... it's basically useless. I have to admit there are days I wish I'd done an RDX so I could haul something larger than a loaf of bread.

 

nope it doesnt.. i love that feature tho.. dont have to haul shit in my car.. fishing poles are the only thing i fit in that little hole.

Yup, no TL (going back to 1996) has offered folding rear seatbacks. Come to think of it, I don't think Legends did either.

The new Accord that the TLX will be based on has a one-piece folding rear seat with a smallish opening. Let's hope the TLX includes this if not make it more useful. Split folding seats are showing up on more and more luxury cars. Acura needs to keep up.
