RDX Caliper covers
Can't seem to find any information on these covers. I'd like to know if they will fit on the TL and if not what kind of modifications would be required. I know that some guys have successfully used them on their 4G. If they could share their experience that would be greatly appreciated.

Here we go again. There has been another thread on the same subject and I'll give my advice once more.
These POS add-on accessories are the ultimate poser buys.
SaVE YoUR MoNEY for a BBK.

Then there are the RDX covers that only go over the caliper (not the caliper bracket) and nicely cover up the rust. How is that posing if I may ask? I'm not trying to fool anyone that I have a BBK.

I know there was a thread on MGP covers that try to imitate a BBK with fake painted on bolts and even a piece of fake brake line . I fully agree with you that they are poser buys.

Perhaps next time buy a can of high temp paint and ask the shop/mechanic to clean and paint it before they put them on the car. If this is a OEM issue you can clean them and paint all but the grooved rotor. It's easy once you've taped off the bits you don't want to paint.

Ah, got it. The rust is an issue for any caliper/brake. In fact my RDX had major rust on the rebuilt calipers when I sold it. On my SHO I had the shop clean and paint the caliper before they put them on the car. This solved all of the rust issues that would have shown up.
