2013 Acura TL SH AWD the back up lights are they 168 bulbs? If so can I replace them with Sylvania LED 168 bulbs and note have a bulb out code come up ??? Help dont want to waist money on bulbs that they might not take back at store.

 

The backup/reverse lights are bulb number 921. I'm sure you would be able to get some LED replacements and there shouldn't be a warning light. Although I can't say 100%, I havent replaced my reverse lights.

Bulb 168 is for the license plate

 

Thanks man 921's if I do change them out those suckers are going to be bright but atleast I know people will definitely see me backing up. The only thing that bugs me is what if there is a code that pops up . Anyone have any LED back up lights on there TL 'S.

 

Just get high quality led not some cheap ebay and you will be fine. I replaced all my bulbs in my 2012 TL SH-AWD with Vleds and I never see or heard at all about any code pop up. That is only my 5 cents.............
