Proud new Acura TL new owner

Hello Acura Zine,

I week or so ago I was consulting everyone on here about there TL's and some of the other vehicles in that category and im proud to say I choose the black, umber Tl with Tech and SH-AWD. I have had the car for about 36 hours and have already put it through some paces on windy roads and highways. The suspension has me in awe of how well and effortlessly it holds the road.

1.)
My first mod has to be some tints to keep people out but after that I cant decided with to go for hp or wheels. I was wondering which wheels i can get
to ensure I improve handling or at-least don't lose it.

2.) Does anyone have any relatively cheap motor Mod packages or combos to get the car to run around a 13.6 or 13.7( my buddy has a SRT-8 I need to beat this summer) ?

Motor mods coming later just asking about them got to take care of styling first.

^^ Congrats on the new TL and welcome to Acurazine! You have found the best place to talk to enthusiasts when it comes to the Acura product. I am not big on modding myself but wanted to at least send you a warm welcome to the forum

Naw nothing to do that is going to really improve performance. Race him on a cold or wet road and let the AWD put you in front. Other than that enjoy the car.

I was told these cars aren't tuneable yet therefore there's nothing you can really do except bolt on's like intake, exhaust, spacer and throttle body upgrade... etc.

Congrats on you new TL.

Unfortunately, naturally-aspirated engines are very difficult to tune for big horsepower, unlike forced-induction engines.

That is mainly what I had in mind, external motor bolt on parts to give me enough horse power to lose a second of my 1/4 mile. Plus does anyone have any brake improvements or has anyone swapped there rotors out for bigger ones??
