Product to renew sunroof seal?

I have a '12 Advance. The piece of weatherstrip that goes around the sunroof is still soft, but it has that look like it is drying out with small cracks.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to a product that's good to renew & lubricate/protect this seal? Thanks!

I assume just a tube of the OEM stuff? I see listings on eBay with the Honda part number of 08798-9013.

Just apply a thin layer and rub in & wipe off excess?

Yup Shin Etsu grease. Go over all the door seals too.

^+1 - I use it all around the sunroof and it really helps keep the car quiet. I used to get squeaks and rattles from up there and they go away after using it.

Shin Etsu grease as everyone mentioned.

Another really good product is Einszett Gummi Pflege Stift Rubber Care Stick.

Thanks everyone, I ordered a tube today and once the impending snow clears up I'll see how it works.

Shin etsu is amazing.

A little goes a long way, you don't need to apply much!
I bought a tube of it in 2011, and it's still pretty full.
