Pricing?

I was at the dealer the other day and the MSRP for a TL AWD w/ Tech was $43,195 which included destination. I went to the American Express Zag car buying website and they have it priced at $44,005. Question is...did the pricing go up for the TL in 2010? If so, would it be safe to assume that cars on the lot with older pricing been there before the 2010 year? Thanks

MSRP on a 2009 Sh AWD TECH was $42,995.00 the 2010 has an MSRP of 43,195

I would look at Edmunds.com for their TMV, the information on most third party websites are inaccurate.

Funny they keep rasing the prices and can't sell cars. I was at the dealer today and was tlaking to them and the sales guys get extra incentives to move TL, becasue they are not selling. Also the ZDX is not selling well and they don't even carry V6 TSX because it is priced too high. Not sure what drugs the Honda/Acura Execs are taking lately, but Acura borderline entering a free fall. Nice weather today, Saturday, 1pm and dealership was EMPTY! Top that off now with the e-mail I jut got form Infiniti with M37 hitting lots and incentoives for leasing them and if were not so upside down right now I could see myself driving an M37 !!

True, but the transaction price is actually going down. The way that they are doing it now i.e. raise the price but throw incentive money in the trunk, really sucks for salespeople. Since most of us don't get paid on the dealer cash, we end up selling $40,000+ vehicles for a minimum commission. It doesn't exactly incentivize us to "go that extra mile" to make a sale. Nor does it help dealers attract the best salespeople in the industry. "come sell Acura's, you'll sell 10 cars and make $2000"

If I had to guess Acura will be making some changes to the 2011 TL and that's why the TL has some extra incentive right now.
