Price to pay for new 2014 TL SH-AWD Tech
Been looking at Truecar.com and it appears the price to pay ranges from 15% off to 7% off MSRP. I know there are cars sitting in lots and people are waiting for the TLX to come out. Any recent purchases on here that can shed some light on actual price to pay for a new 2014 TL SH-AWD Tech?

Not exactly apples to apples, but I receive monthly newsletter offers from a large volume Acura dealership in Northern Virginia. All prices are subject to $899 destination + $499 doc fee according to the advertisement. Generally they offer a new 2014 TL Special Edition for $31k + destination + doc = ~$32,400 or ~$6k to $7k off MSRP. Would expect similar savings for the SH-AWD model (maybe $5k to $6k off in smaller dealerships)
Right now they have a great lease from Acura for 2014 TL Tech for $420/month for 36 months w/ $0 down/$0 first month payment with capitalized value of ~$36k or ~$4k off... Also, look around at many dealerships in your area - a bunch in my area (CT) have a handful of new 2013 TL SH-AWD tech left over... Would expect a very nice deal on one of those...

If I were you I would wait until the TLX comes out and they will drop the price significantly so they can make room for the TLX as I've been told by someone who works at the Acura dealership I shop at.

I would wait but who knows when it's really gonna come out. I actually sent out emails to about 5 different dealers asking them to give me their best price. Was able to pit one against the other in sort of a bidding war. Ended up with $37,710 including destination charges and fees. Just tax on top of that. Pretty happy considering that's almost 15% off.

as always if you can wait, i.e. your car is fine and there's no other financial reason just wait. You'll probably need to wait a year from when the TLX shawd is released just to get at least similar financing deals (dunno about the dealer cash yet), so probably late fall 2015 you'll be able to get the new TLX tech awd for low 40s, but that its quite a while away.

I got an Advanced for $39,301 and quoted $37,301 for a tech. The dealer was also willing to eat the $895 destination charge. The dealer is in Illinois and I can send the email quote I received from them, if you're interested. PM me if you need more info...

I appreciate that. I ended up going to Indy and got an advance for $39,028 including destination. $41750 out the door and it included the pro pack with floor mats, wheel locks, and trunk pan. I was pretty happy with that deal. MSRP with everything was $47,001 so almost $8k off MSRP.
