Permanent solution for J37 oil consumption issue?

Hey guys. Im pretty late to the party but I finally found a 2013 Acura TL SHAWD 6spd manual. Long story short: flew to Ohio from Jersey and drove 9 hours back. After two days the motor blows 😅. I've had a 2012 Base TL for 5 years now and the only problem she's ever given me was an alternator replacement. I beat the absolute piss out of it and I havent had an issue.

Anyway the closest information Ive gotten in all of my research was a post on here initally talking about the issue and everybody changed the topic to if they could put a j35 base tl in place of the j37

I purchased a JDM j37a from a 2012 Honda Legend and the motor is 100% identical. Now I dont know if I'll have the same issue down the line with the JDM engine but I intend on rebuilding the blown J37a4 in my TL right now. Do we know of any sleeves or piston rings that'll put an end to this issue? I know P2R sells upgraded camshafts and pistons and I intend to buy those but Im more concerned about the oil scraper rings. Im not looking for ridiculous gains as I know the car is extremely limited with aftermarket support but I do want to supercharge it down the line

J37A4 is not rebuildable due to aluminum cylinders. The only preventative solution to oil consumption is to change the oil every 200 run/hours or 3,000 miles.

The permanent cure is to swap in a J35

Or if your new J37 doesn't burn oil, change it often, as Altair suggested.

If it does burn oil, keep it full of oil. Check it every fuel fill up.
