parking light lens replacement?

parking light lens replacement?
My parking light lens is crack and needs replacement ( on the front bumper cover) this is the lower one . Does the front bumper cover need removal?

You do not need to take off the Bumper. There is one bolt holding it and it's accessible from under the car.

I laminx'ed the parking and fog lights. I had to replace the 1 got lens unit and parking light lens so lesson learned.
