paint problem! help!

there doing construction on my road i have spots of tar on my trunk how can i get that out?!?

soap and water works well then claybar it.

What he said.........I'd also throw in some Bug & Tar remover. Wash Bug & Tar, wash, and then Clay bar, wash, wax and seal.

Any bug or tar remover works good, if you need something OTC, Turtle Wax makes a good enough one. If not, check out the Wash and Wax section for more information :

A little WD40 on a soft cloth will do just fine.
