I am looking for a 2009 TL base w/o the technology package in a polished metal or black exterior with a taupe or parchment interior.

So far, I have a local dealer offer of $35K for the 2009 TL taking the destination charges of $760 off.

According to Cars.com invoice pricing is as follows:

2009 Acura TL
3.5 4dr Front-wheel Drive Sedan

Base Price $34,955 $32,136
Destination $760 $760

Total $35,715 $32,896

I am willing to go to the Bay Area or Southern California to buy the TL.

PLEASE tell me about your deal if you live in California??

FYI: As usual the dealer is trying to screw me on my 2004 Acura TL trade-in (35K miles) by offering $16K.
