New TL Owner
I purchased a 2011 WDP/Ebony SH-AWD TECH early last month. I am very happy with my purchase, though I went against what I said I would never do; and that is purchase a brand new car. Acura got me when they offered .9% for 60mos. So I figured why not, I've never bought a vehicle brand new with the expection of my Yamaha R1 only because you can find used for so much cheaper. I saw this one on the the showroom floor and couldn't resist having that very car parked inside my garage. I should've stayed outside!!
Shortly after I purchased my TL, I started searching for a forum to join and found this one. So far all of my experiences have been great and really enjoy looking at all the different TLs and the creativity the owners have come up with to make their TL unique from everyone elses. Anyhow here are a few pics of my ride. The tint is the only mod for now. Next on my list is the 20' Ronjon Liquid Graphite DT3 wheels. But before I pull the trigger on those I'm going to research what type of tires would be best for that type of wheel and how much it will compromise the quality of the ride. Again, I am very happy to be an AZ member..

Hey Congrats! Looks like mine! Except I got the umber interior. For a sec, I saw your avatar and thought I posted another thread lol, we could be twins lol. Enjoy the car, I sure do!

When I first saw the outside of the car in the showroom my jaws dropped to the ground. Then when I saw the interior I knew then for sure that was going to be mine. Acura did an awesome job with the TL.
I didn't plan on buying a TL, but then a buddy of mine got deployed and needed a garage to park his 09 SH-AWD while he was gone. Fell in love with the car and decided that I would join the Acura family...

Thanks man.. the dealer actually had the windows tinted on my car already as well. I like for all of my cars to be blacked out. So I took it to my local tint shop (who have tinted several cars for me) and told them to throw 5% all the way around on top of what Acura put on there. So there is no telling what the percentage is on it. It is dark as hell..

Ive been on this forum religiously as soon as i realized that i had some kind of obsession w/ the 4G TL... I drive an 07 Tundra as of today but that all changes very soon... if i were purchasing a new one from a dealer i def would be getting a 6MT... but im getting mine from an auction, actually be exported from canada by way of long island( i see canadians really love their acuras) After my initial repairs i hope that i can establish some relationships on here cuz all of you guys w/ the exception of a very select few are incredibly helpful... JnC will def be seeing some of my tax return.. lol.. ive always been a "fast" driver, so excited to change my driving style to that of an acura TL... 2010 SH-AWD to be exact... im so excited jus thinkin bout it so i apologize if im not executing my thoughts in a better fashion...
