It'll look exactly the same as the 2012 TL. But Acura may decide to add a new color or two.

it would also be possible to see minor changes to the exterior and interior. But no matter what the acura design come up with, i just wish they bring back the quad exhaust tips.

Highly unlikely. Typically for Acura vehicles, there are only two chances that changes (even for minor ones that involve manufacturing tooling revision(s), color choice excluded) can be implemented during a 5-year model cycle.

One is at the major model changeover, and the other chance is at the MMC (mid model cycle) which, for the 4G TL, just took place in the March 2012 TL launch.

But during the final year(s) of a model cycle, Acura may add a Type-S or Special Edition trim.
