Hey All -
I'm under a 10 day return period for a 2013 TL with SH-AWD, I've noticed two things thus far - even with only 66K miles:
1) Seems I have the dreaded judder in the TC, spoke to a service advisor on Sat and was told there are a few TSBs but i'm out of warranty for them and there was a warranty extension campaign for this issue but it was only for the 2012 TLs - is that correct?
2) There's a whine I noticed around 50+ mph, put the car in neutral at this speed and it goes away. I assume it's the propeller shaft but not entirely sure - are there any TSBs on that also?
Anything else I need to be on the lookout for?
Thanks!

The inconvenient truth
1) Not sure about the tc
2) Seems like a fairly common whiney prop shaft. An annoying issue if you drive on the highway a lot. Not really detrimental to the cars performance.
For both you are probably sol and will have to pay out of pocket if you want them fixed. I'm sure there are tsb for both. ( maybe you can ask them to fix these issues or you will return the car? )
3) Be on the lookout for oil consumption
